JD offers several grades and types of fused quartz tubing to
meet the diverse requirements of the lamps, semiconductor and optics
applications. |
|
Type 180 is the worldwide standard for clear fused quartz
tubing. Economical and available in full range of sizes. It is have
excellent thermal and mechanical properties with tight dimensional
tolerances. |
|
Type 230 is Ozone-Free quartz tubing. It is transmits UV-A
and UV-B while blocking UV-C that cause ozone generation. Type 230 transmits
the 253.7nanometer mercury emission very efficiently. |
| Type 360 fused quartz tubing is a doped
quartz material that blocks UV-B and UV-C radiation. With a transmittance
cutoff wavelength between 320 and 380 nanometers, type360 is ideal for lamps
requiring maximum visible transmission with nearly complete UV protection.
Applications for type 360 are those where UV exposure to or property is
undesirable, including metal halide lamps and other UV sources. |
| Type 380 is the fluorescence clear fused
quartz tubing. It is a doped quartz material that translate UV radiation
into visible light, increase effect and improve on color. |
| Type 400 is a UV filter quartz material that
blocks UV-B and UV-C radiation. With a transmittance cutoff wavelength
between 360 and 480 nanometers., Type 400 is ideal for requiring maximum
visible transmission with complete UV protection. |
| Type 600 is Black-red Fused Quartz tube
that is a doped fused quartz material. It is compare with clean Fused
Quartz, which absorbs essentially all UV and most visible radiation while
maintaining transmittance efficiency in the infra-red spectrum range, and
change UV and visible radiation for red radiation. It is compare with milk
fused quartz while have good transmittance efficiency in the infra-red
spectrum range; in unit area can load a number of times energy. It is
compare with the surface coat fused quartz while have low cast and
capability stability. |
| Type 700 is blueness Fused Quartz tube. It is
compare with clean fused quartz, which absorbs most all of light radiation. |
